Changing File Type Association in Windows Server 2008

The file type association specify which program are used to open a document by default. In Windows XP and Window Server 2003, this is done by go to

Tools -> Folder Options from the Windows Explorer and select the File Type tab.

In Windows Server 2008, the UI has changed quite abit. Instead, to accomplish the same thing, you have to go to Control Panel -> Default Programs.
